According to the synopsis of the episode by TV.com, "the team's mission to recover the remains of marines in Vietnam is compromised when they find themselves in the path of a dangerous tornado."

While not much is revealed in the synopsis, it seems that Walter and the other members of the team will be in a serious trouble as once the official in Vietnam find out that they are Americans, the issue will take a rather ugly shape, dragging the governments of both the country in it.

Besides, the team's escape plan will also be in jeopardy due to a massive tornado that is rapidly moving towards their direction and as Walter and others might be imprisoned, they will be left with no other option to survive the disaster.

In the previous episode titled "Djibouti Call," Team Scorpion was hired by the FBI to install a newly developed audio surveillance system on the only US military base located in Djibouti, Africa, so they can pick up on terrorist's conversations.

However, it was just a ploy by Cabe (Robert Patrick) and his Homeland security trainee, Tim Armstrong (Scott Porter), to run a secret operation across the border in Makuria to gather intel on a businessman who hired terrorists to raid antiquities from Middle Eastern museums and sell them on the black market to fund training, fake visas and hi-tech explosives.

However, the secret-op turned into a rescue mission when Cabe was captured behind enemy lines and the team had to abandon all planes in order to save him. Also, Sylvester (Ari Stidham) hired a lawyer from a TV commercial to help him get past the boilerplate contracts for game show auditions.
