"Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" is one of the most awaited films of the year, and so the fans are thrilled about its first-look poster and trailer.
After news of the trailer being attached to Athiya Shetty-Sooraj Pancholi's "Hero" surfaced, trade analyst Girish Johar tweeted, "Another news....@BeingSalmanKhan #PremRatanDhanPayo trailer this 2nd Oct."
Akshay Kumar's "Singh is Bliing" is set to release on the same date and one of DNA's sources revealed why the decision of attaching the trailer to the Prabhu Dheva directorial was made.
"Salman and Akshay are close friends and they have always spoken very fondly about each other. Plus, Prabhu Dheva who's directing SIB has already directed Salman in Wanted. So it was the perfect film for Salman to launch his PRDP trailer. All Salman fans will be in for a special treat as their Bhaijaan has planned a surprise for them. He's attached the PRDP trailer to SIB (sic)," the insider further elaborated.
However, the trailer will be out on 1 October on all of the digital platforms.
In "PRDP", which is slated for a November 2015 release, Salman will be seen romancing Sonam Kapoor. The film also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Armaan Kohli in key roles.
