Rubina Dilaik has left everyone in the industry puzzled with the announcement of her second pregnancy. Rubina had given birth to twin daughters in 2023. And now, the television actress has said that she is expecting again. It all began with a social media post. However, there is no official confirmation.
Rubina's pregnancy announcement?
Rubina was seen wearing a saree and wrote, "I am pregnant" on Instagram. What followed was a dramatic music. Many were quick to call it a PR stunt or promotion as Rubina didn't mention or tag husband Abhinav Shukla. Rubina, who has been a part of television for over three decades now, has left many surprised with the announcement.
Truth or PR?
As soon as Dilaik dropped the post, many were quick to comment. Some wondered if Rubina was saying this as a part of some promotion and many wondered if the news is indeed true. There has been no official update from Rubina or Abhinav yet. It was in November 2023 that Rubina and Abhinav had welcomed Jeeva and Edha.
Rubina and Abhinav are doting parents to their two baby girls. In an interview, the 'Chhoti Bahu' actress had said that people compare the skin tones of her two daughters and she warns them not to bring these comparisons to their home.
"My one baby is little dusky, the other one is fair... and people come and compare, which is so bad. But I always tell them that my daughter is beautiful, forget fair or dusky. And I tell them, never bring this comparison in my home," she had said.
"Sometimes, even our family members and relatives advise that we should try applying dal paste or besan to lighten her complexion, but I tell them not to even think about it. My daughters are very beautiful," she had added.
Abhinav and Rubina had recently won reality show – Pati, Patni Aur Woh.
