Director Vikramjit Singh's Bollywood movie "Roy", which has created ripples in the media, has finally released in cinema halls across the globe and garnered mixed reviews from the audience.

Roy is a romantic thriller and besides direction, Vikramjit Singh has also written script and dialogues for it. The film is about a mysterious thief named Roy. Filmmaker Kabir Grewal earns huge amount of money by making movies on Roy's robberies. Kabir new girlfriend's Ayesha is also a filmmaker. How lives of these three are brought together will form the crux of this romantic and suspenseful thriller.

Ranbir Kapoor has played the role of mysterious thief in "Roy", while Arjun Rampal appears as filmmaker Kabir Grewal. Jacqueline Fernandez, who has played double roles in the film, is seen as bohemian filmmaker Ayesha and glamorous globetrotter named Tia. Anupam Kher and Shibani Dandekar are in supporting cast. The lead cast's performances are the main highlights of the film.

Roy has been produced with a whopping budget of ₹45 crore and it has wonderful production values. Ankit Tiwari, Amaal Mallik and Meet Bros Anjjan have composed music for its songs, which have already won the heart of the film goers. Sanjoy Chowdhury's background score, Himman Dhamija's cinematography and beautiful locales are other highlights of the movie.
