Rober Carlyle, who has earned critical acclaim with his work in "The Full Monty" (1997), "The 51st State (2001) and "Hamish Macbeth" (1995-1997), became a world-renowned figure with his role as the fear-inducing villain Rumplestiltskin / Mr Gold in the ABC series "Once Upon a Time".
