Naga Chaitanya's Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam (Ra Randoi Veduka Chudham) continued to make good collection at the worldwide box office on Saturday, taking its two-day collection to beyond Rs. 10 crore gross.
Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam came on the back of good hype, promotion and record screen count and advance booking for a film of Naga Chaitanya. The movie opened to fantastic response and ran to packed houses in many cinema halls on Friday. The film collected Rs. 6.90 crore gross at the worldwide box office on the first day.
Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam shattered the opening day records of Premam and Saahasam Swaasaga Saagipo, which were the biggest openers for Naga Chaitanya with collections – Rs. 5.70 crore and Rs. 3.90 crore, respectively. The Nagarjuna-produced movie has become the biggest opener for the actor.
The Naga Chaitanya and Rakul Preet Singh starrer received mixed response from the viewers. The word of mouth boosted the collection on Saturday. Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam collected approximately Rs 3.46 crore in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (AP/T) and Rs 1.50 crore from other parts of the world on the second day.
Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam raked in approximately Rs. 4.96 crore at the worldwide box office on Saturday. The two-day total collection reached Rs. 11.86 crore gross in the global market. The movie is estimated to have earned approximately Rs. 5.84 crore for its distributors in two days.
