Action-thriller movie "Race 2" has made it to "century club" within seven days of its release. The film directed by Abbas-Mustan earned ₹102.21 crore in seven days from worldwide box offices.

The action thriller features Saif Ali Khan, Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ameesha Patel in the lead roles.

It raked in over ₹22.61 crore [$ 4.25 million] from overseas box office in its first week and approximately ₹79.6 crore from seven days in India, taking the total to over ₹100 crore.

The breakup of the film's collection is - Friday ₹15.12 crore, Saturday ₹20.72 crore, Sunday ₹15.51 crore, Monday ₹7.5 crore, Tuesday ₹6.5 crore, Wednesday ₹5.75 crore, Thursday ₹5 crore and second Friday ₹3.5 crore, according to film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

The collections on the second Friday declined considerably comparing to weekdays earnings but the overall business is much better than most of the big-budget film released last year.

However, it failed to beat Shah Rukh Khan's "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" and Salman Khan's "Ek Tha Tiger" and "Dabangg 2" record at box office.

While "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" and "Dabangg 2" entered the ₹100 crore club in just five days at worldwide box offices, "Ek Tha Tiger" surpassed that marked in five days at domestic box offices.

On a positive note, "Race 2" has become the first movie to surpass the century club this year. It will touch ₹100 crore-mark from domestic box office alone if it earns another ₹20.4 crore.

The movie is expected to surpass the mark in its second week.
