'Secret Superstar' has found the liking of renowned names like Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Rekha, Raleysh Om Prakash Mehra, Rajkumar Rao, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Ashutosh Gowariker, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Nitesh Tiwari, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shankar Mahadevan, amongst others.

Randeep Hooda has now joined Sajid Nadiadwala's next production Baaghi 2 directed by choreographer-turned-filmmaker Ahmed Khan. Randeep was earlier seen in Sajid Nadiadwala’s 2014 debut directorial, Kick. He played a cop, Himanshu Tyagi, who is in pursuit of Devi Lal Singh aka Devil, a Robin Hood-like character played by Salman Khan. Randeep Hooda confirms the news. He says, “Sajid Bhai has always been a guiding light and a friend who genuinely cares for me and my art. Our previous two collaborations (Highway and Kick) have been landmarks in my career both commercially and critically. He always comes up with real gems and this one is special.”
