The rumour stating that Paul Walker has faked his own death has angered his brother Cody Walker.

Less than a month since Walker died, there has been news circulating that the actor and his friend Roger Rodas are still alive and faked their death. The rumour surfaced online after a website Nosinfo.com reported that the actor and his friend are alive and "their relatives well know it".

The news headline read "Paul Walker Girlfriend Busted On-Site Setting Up Fake Death".

"It has already been established that the relatives of Paul Walker are involved in a cover-up, that is the cover-up of faking the actor's death. It has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, here, that the accident is a fabrication and that there wasn't any real car crash. Rather, what is seen is imagery of a man-made car fire and a car pre-placed in position to be incinerated: without either Walker or Rodas inside," Nosinfo.com reported.

The website even provided a photograph as a proof that the actor is alive.

However, reacting to the fake death news, Cody, took to social networking site Facebook and labelled the rumour as "disrespectful."

"So Disrespectful. This media is so cruel. Please Let My Brother Rest In Peace," he said.

While his daughter and other family members are keeping quiet about the news, his fans took to Twitter to express their feelings.

"now latest news is saying paul walker faked his death lmao give me a break," a user tweeted.

"paul walker faked his own death in order to get out of the contracts for Fast & Furious 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21."

"this makes me angry, how could Paul Walker fake his own death?"

Walker and his friend died on 30 November when their Porsche Carrera GT crashed and caught fire. On 16 December, the mortal remains of Paul Walker was laid to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
