After the success of Kamal Haasan starrer "Papanasam", director Jeethu Joseph is awaiting the release of his Malayalam film "Life of Josutty" with Dileep and he has now announced his next film, which will star Prithviraj in the lead role.

The film-maker has confirmed that the upcoming project will be an action-packed film and the shooting will start by October. He added that the story will be set in either Chennai or Bengaluru.

"My next film will have Prithviraj in the lead. Though the story will have an action background, there won't be the usual flexing of muscles and high-voltage action sequences. It's more of outsmarting the rivals through intelligence. It's too early to share the details, but we are planning to shoot the film by October. The story will unfold in either Chennai or Bengaluru," Jeethu told Bangalore Mirror.

Jeethu has earlier directed Prithviraj in the investigative thriller, "Memories". The actor is currently busy with back-to-back projects since his previous release "Ivide" by Shyamaprasad. He is awaiting release of "Double Barrel" by Lijo Jose Pellissery, "Ennu Ninte Moideen" by Vimal, "Anarkali" by Sachi, "Amar Akbar Antony" by Nadirshah and "Pavada" by G Marthandan.

Meanwhile, Jeethu's upcoming movie, "Life of Josutty" with Dileep is touted to be a comedy along the lines of their previous joint venture, "My Boss".

"The Dileep film will have no twists or turns that you have seen in 'Drishyam' or 'Memories'," the director clarified, "The story narrates 30 years in the life of Josutty, played by Dileep, who hails from a village in Kerala's Idukki."
