Oppo Electronics Corp has launched a new entry-level smartphone dubbed as Neo 7 in India.
"OPPO is known worldwide for pioneering technologies and designs and our newest addition in Neo family, Neo 7 is perfect interpretation of it. Neo series has generated positive response in the past and we are confident that with the classic mirror like design and innovative features, it will cater to target consumer who look for latest features at an attractive price," Mike Wang, CEO, OPPO Mobiles India noted.
The company claims Oppo Neo 7 boasts optical coating technology and fiber glass materials, where the back of the device has 13 layers of special coating to increase its durability and additional lamination to make surface look smooth and be able to reflect light like a mirror.
On the front, Oppo Neo 7 sports 5.0-inch qHD TFT screen with 960x540p resolution. Under-the-hood, it houses Snapdragon 410 CPU, 1GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory and a 2420 mAh battery.
The new budget phone also houses 8MP camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and 5MP snapper on the front.

The company has confirmed that the new Oppo Neo 7 will hit stores in India within this weekend for Rs. 9,990.

The new Oppo Neo 7 will up against the newly launched Xolo Black 1X, Moto G (2nd Gen) LTE, YU Yureka Plus, Yuphoria, Lenovo K3 Note, Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime and others.
