After a romantic getaway to the Swiss Alps, newlyweds Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are on their second honeymoon and this time the couple have chosen the Caribbean as their vacation spot. According to a report by the Hollywood Life, a source close to the couple has revealed, "Nick surprised Priyanka by whisking her off on a second honeymoon earlier this week. Right now they're having a romantic beach holiday, just the two of them in the Caribbean and it was all Nick's planning." Well, isn't she one lucky girl!
The insider further added, "She took the lead when it came to the wedding planning, but Nick was in charge of their honeymoon and he went all out to wow her. Nick's a serous perfectionist so when he got the job of planning the honeymoon he was determined to make it the best one ever. But more than that he wanted to show Priyanka just how special she is to him and he totally knocked it out of the park by giving her not one, but two dream honeymoons. The first was right after their wedding, they went to the Swiss Alps with a bunch of family and friends for a ski vacation. And now they've escaped, just the two of them, to paradise. Their marriage is already off to a dream start."
Nick took to Instagram to share a beautiful picture of him and his wife, looking all loved up, captioning it 'Mr. & Mrs. Jonas'.
Striking a pose behind her husband, Priyanka was all smiles in a floral printed number with heeled sandals, while Nick was suave in an apricot coloured blazer with matching pants.
Nick and Priyanka wed in December 2018. The couple first exchanged vows in a Christian ceremony performed by the groom's father, Nick Jonas Sr. This was followed by a traditional Hindu wedding the next day. The bridal couple along with their guests also partook in a number of traditional pre-wedding ceremonies. Their wedding included several lavish receptions at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur after their wedding ceremonies and then it was on to Mumbai for another reception with Priyanka's Bollywood friends and family.
The newlyweds then escaped to Switzerland after Christmas for their honeymoon and were joined by Nick's brother, Joe and fiancée Sophie Turner along with other friends to ring in the New Year.
