Following the recent release of Samsung's latest flagship device Galaxy Note 3, a new line of smartphones have surfaced online in the form of leaked images. One among them is the Samsung Galaxy J, which is understood to be an exclusive release for Japan.

It has been speculated that the Galaxy J might carry slight modifications from the other existing Samsung devices. With Galaxy J imprinted at the rear part of the red-coloured phone in the leaked image, it is also said the handset may sport some heavy hardware specifications.

Some of the rumoured specifications of the Galaxy J device include the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU, paired with a massive 3GB RAM for better multi-tasking projects.

The images of the device hint at a 5-inch screen, with a slight hybrid look of Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3. Geeky Gadgets states the brochure has not mentioned the release date yet but it has been speculated that the device might hit the shelves soon.

Some other features hinted for Galaxy J include:

- 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800

- 32GB Internal storage

- 2600mAh battery capacity

- 13 megapixel camera

- Television tuner is also said to be included, according to Pocket Lint.

It has been also noted that the device had a DoCoMo network carrier. The website also states that DoCoMo will hold an event on 10 October, which might include the introduction of the proposed smartphone. It is understood that the handset will release in three colour variants - Coral Pink, Satin White and Lapis Blue.

In related news, it has been noted that the Samsung Galaxy Round smartphone, with flexible screen will be revealed sometime this week. The device is to sport a Full HD lightweight durable OLED display.
