"Nashville" season 4 aired its episode 10, titled "We've Got Nothing But Love to Prove", on 9 December, 2015, before it went on a mid-season break and is now expected to return with episode 11 only next year, on 16 March, 2016. And if the showrunner's words are to be believed, then the season will return with wedding bells ringing for Rayna and Deacon and will also feature Juliette's strong comeback.

Last week in episode 10, we saw dimensions of two major relationships changing. The highlight of the episode was Deacon and Rayna getting engaged and Avery deciding whether or not to let Juliette back in Cadence's life.

The mid-season finale also showed Caleb and Scarlett breaking up so that he can go to Seattle. The episode also focused on how, with Luke's problems, his brand is dead.

And now, though the network hasn't released any official synopsis, the showrunner, while talking to The Hollywood Reporter, has dropped major clues as to what fans can expect when Nashville season 4 returns after a long break.

In the previous episode, we saw Deacon going down on his knees to propose Rayna and the country singer accepting the proposal. So, showrunner Dee Johnson hinted that "Nashville" will take a time leap and return with the couple's big day.

"We can expect wedding bells in our return in March. We're going to jump time a little bit," said Johnson.

It was evident that Deacon's proposal came after he went through a bout of jealously over Markus' growing closeness to Rayna. "Markus was a little bit of a catalyst too to their concerns, so they said, 'We need to make this a done deal and everybody needs to know and let's finally do what we've been talking about doing,'" he added.

Meanwhile, Johnson also confirmed that Juliette, who has been missing from action (as she is in rehab coping from postpartum depression), will make a strong comeback in episode 11. "She'll have been off the radar for a bit but I think when she does come back, she's going to come back strong and repaired as much as one can repair. We'll try to find where she fits into the landscape. She is indomitable," he said.
