Looks like judges for the dance based reality show "Nach Baliye 7" have been finalised. According to reports, Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, Chetan Bhagat and choreographer Marzi Pestonji will replace Shilpa Shetty, Sajid Khan and Terence Lewis as the new judges of "Nach Baliye".
"The show will see a change in the format as well as the judging panel. Talks are on with Preity, Chetan and Marzi and they are more or less confirmed as judges," a source told The Times of India.
Earlier, Mumbai Mirror quoted a source saying that the makers have approached Priyanka Chopra to replace "fading diva" Shilpa. But Priyanka hadn't given her nod to the reality show.
Also, the makers reportedly approached former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to judge the show, but she too turned down the offer as she is busy with her films, endorsements and daughter Aaradhya.
"TV takes a lot of time and Ash doesn't want to leave her three-year-old daughter Aaradhya alone for long periods of time," BollywoodLife.com quoted a source as saying.
This year, the makers Balaji Telefilms have decided to bring in new judges and also add a twist in the reality show. The twist is that "Nach Baliye" contestants will have no contact from the outside world.
The makers are planning to follow the format of "Bigg Boss", where contestants will be asked to cut off from outside world. TOI reports that contestants will not be allowed to carry mobile phones with them.
