Back-to-back box office hits have pushed Hrithik Roshan to the top slot resulting in filmmakers lining up to book the superstar's dates.
A few months ago, it was being said he would be seen in Yash Raj Films' untitled action flick. And now, reports have emerged Deepika Padukone has been considered for the same project.
"Deepika is the perfect choice for the film. Victor feels Dippy will do total justice to the role. It is an action film where Hrithik will yet again be playing a thief like he did in Dhoom 2. But this will be bigger and better," DNA quoted an insider as saying.
When asked if DP will throw a few kicks and punches in the film, the source said that the director wanted someone with an athletic built and so, plans are being thought out.
However, this can be counted as a speculation as there has been no official announcement by the makers.
To be made on a lavish budget, the makers are reportedly thinking of hiring stuntmen from across the globe. Also, the film will require Hrithik to achieve a certain never-before-seen kind of a look, for which he will have follow a strict workout regimen.
"Dhoom has been done. Now there needs to be another series that sends the audiences pulse racing. The film that Adi has planned with Hrithik, will be turned nto a franchise film in the future. But unlike Dhoom, this will have only Hrithik in it as the central character in its sequels as well, like a Dabangg and Krrish," the source informed the leading daily, in April.
In other news, Hrithik reportedly clarified saying he was only concentrating on Ashutosh Gowariker's epic adventure-romance film "Mohenjo Daro", which is slated for a 12 August, 2016 release.
