The 63rd edition of the beauty pageant Miss Universe has officially kick started with swimsuit round. The Miss Universe 2014 is being held at Trump National Doral Miami, USA.
Contestants from 90 countries walked the runway wearing bikini during a swimsuit fashion show held on Thursday.
Miss USA Nia Sanchez, who is among the top contenders, walked the ramp wearing biking along with other India's contestant Miss Diva Universe Noyonita Lodh and other 88 contestants.
The finale of the beauty pageant will take place on 25 January at Florida International University in Doral, Miami, USA.
Last week, the organisers announced the panel of judges who will judge the grand finale. The first group of celebrity judges are, according to the official website of the beauty pageant are:
Kristin Cavallari: Actress, TV host and shoe designer
Lisa Vanderpump: Author, TV host and actress. Vanderpump has acted in hit shows "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and "Vanderpump Rules"
Louise Roe: Model, fashion journalist, author and television presenter. She is known for hosting BBC's "The Clothes Show".
Manny Pacquiao: Emmanuel "Manny" Dapidran Pacquiao is a profession boxer, politican and actor.
William Levy: Actor and former model. He was also named as People's Sexiest Man Alive.
