Home-bred smartphone maker, Micromax has launched a new feature-rich handset dubbed as Canvas Juice 2 in India.
The new Micromax Canvas Juice 2 sports a 5.0-inch (1280x720p) screen and ships with the latest Google mobile OS Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
It also houses a 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core processor backed by sumptuous 2GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and a high capacity 3000 mAh battery which can keep the phone running for close to 435 hours under standby mode.

The company has reportedly confirmed that the new Micromax Canvas Juice 2 has been made available across India for ₹8,999 both online and at brick-and-mortar stores starting 19 March.

Competition:
With sub-₹9,000 price-tag, Micromax Canvas Juice 2 will up against the recently released Motorola Moto E (2 Gen), Sony Xperia E4 Dual, Asus Zenfone 5, Microsoft Lumia 535, HTC Desire 526G, and soon-to-be release Xiaomi Redmi 2.
