Since its release on 1 September, Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain has been one of the popular games currently being played worldwide.
Quiet, a buddy of game's protagonist Snake, has been something many players look forward to play with. Konami even fixed a bug that involved her in a couple of missions.

Quiet gets a variety of costumes in Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. One such optional uniform is that of the Sniper Wolf.
Below is the guide to help players unlock Sniper Wolf costume for Quiet:
- Players seeking to unlock the Sniper Wolf costume must ensure the completion of Mission 40: [Extreme] Cloaked in Silence. This mission is extremely difficult and below is some tips that might help them in the endeavour.
- Players must be afoot and keep switching their position but not run around, since Quiet can kill them with just one shot.
- Once the player is able to shoot at her, keep a track of her movements.
- Take an aim and shoot one time, then change the cover. Keep repeating this process.
- One of the most important part here is the timing, so let her shoot you first, and when she is reloading, this is the opportune movement and shoot her down.
Also, in order to complete Mission 40: [Extreme] Cloaked in Silence with S-Rank, players will have to be more cautious. They will not be helped by supply drops. She is found to jump away at the last moment and hence, players will need a sniper rifle.
Take aim at her holding a sniper rifle in the start position and from the cover aim at her and pull the trigger.
Gamepur also mentions an alternate method, which involves sleeping mines. So place one of these in her sniping spots down in the ruins during the fourth mission task. All you have to do is wait for her to step on it.
Once the mission is done go and check the unlocked costume.

Fixing Water Purchase Issue
In order to avoid the issue of getting stuck on the iDroid sceen, when collecting water intended for the first Forward Operating Base (FOB), here is a simple guide, thanks to Gamepur.
Players will be able to unlock FOB only after they have finished Main Mission 22. Players will be unable to purchase water due to a bug that will get players stuck to the iDroid screen.
Below are the steps that will fix the bug:
- If online, try disconnecting.
- Come down from ACC and select Afghanistan map.
- Come down from the chopper and be on the ground.
- Now reconnect and go online.
- The bug would have been fixed, so players can enjoy their first purchases of water and build the FOB.
Another advise is not to "mock" the missions and the tutorial, because it helps.
