We have witnessed several jersey launches till date, but have you ever heard of a jersey launch in the sky?

Do not be shocked, as Masters Champions League (MCL) 2020 franchise Gemini Arabians' management has made that possible. Virender Sehwag-led Gemini Arabians have launched their jersey in the skies of Dubai!

The jersey launch event was held in Dubai on Tuesday. Three people from Gemini Arabians, with the help of three professional skydivers, unveiled the jersey of the franchise in the skies of Dubai.

"The tournament is going to be a good one for the retired legendary cricketers. There is an opportunity for them to extend their careers. When it comes to my team [Gemini Arabians], we have been working hard. We will play positive cricket so that we can win the championship," Gemini Arabians captain and team director Virender Sehwag told reporters at the jersey launch event in Dubai on Tuesday.

A few star players from the franchise also were present at the event. After the jersey was unveiled, the players also donned them and interacted with aspiring young cricketers.

Pakistan's legendary off-spinner Saqlain Mushtaq, Jacques Rudolph, Richard Levi, Graham Onions, owner Nalin Khaitan and skipper Viru participated in that interactive event.

"It is a really good platform for all of us, and I am very excited for this tournament. Especially, I and Muttiah Muralitharan. We have played against each other and this will be the first time two off-spinners will bowl from both ends. I am looking forward to play for the Gemini Arabians in the MCL," Mushtaq said at the event.

MCL T20 2016 will start from 28 January. Gemini Arabians will play the opening game of the tournament against Libra Legends, led by none other than Sourav Ganguly. The first match of the tournament will be played at the Dubai International Stadium. The big final of the tournament will be held at the same venue. It will be interesting to see which franchise of the six lifts the coveted trophy on 13 February.
