The Mojo, the quarter-litre motorcycle from the house of Mahindra Two Wheelers, will reportedly get a new colour shade in India soon. A report of BikDekho claims that Mahindra will add new colour Crimson Matte, which is a combination of red and black colours, to the palette of the Mojo.

Mahindra Mojo is currently available in three colour options: white, black and red. The new colour shade is likely to be launched for the same price as the current models in the country. The Mojo has been priced at Rs. 1.71 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai).

The tourer, which is powered by a 292cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, can churn out 27bhp at 8,000rpm and 30Nm torque at 5,500rpm. It measures 2,100mm in length, 800mm in width and 1165.5mm in height. It competes against the likes of Kawasaki Ninja 300R, Honda CBR 250R/300R and KTM Duke twins in India and comes with a fuel tank capacity of 21 litres.

The Mojo, which made its India debut in October this year, is being launched in a phased manner in the country. Recently, Mahindra has expanded the Mojo markets and added 15 new markets such as Ahmadabad, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Goa, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Nagpur, Vijayawada and Visakapatnam.
