The bottom two teams of IPL 2016 -- Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) -- clash swords in their final game of the competition this season on Saturday. Both sides haven't made their way to the playoffs and have none but pride to play for on Saturday.

Murali Vijay's KXIP or MS Dhoni's RPS, who will come out on top today? That remains the big question. Both teams are level on eight points, but Dhoni's team are above KXIP, owing to a better run rate. Amazingly, both teams have won four and lost nine matches each as well.

When the two sides faced in Mohali last month, KXIP bagged a six-wicket win over RPS. Can Dhoni and his men take revenge in Visakhapatnam on Saturday? That remains to be seen.

Going by their recent form in the competition, the Pune Supergiants have an edge as they recorded a 19-run win via the D/L method against Delhi Daredevils in a rain-hit match in Visakhapatnam on May 17. While Ajinkya Rahane continued his good form with the bat, the likes of Ashok Dinda, Adam Zampa and R Ashwin also performed well with the ball.

KXIP, meanwhile, come into the game at the back of a heavy 82-run defeat in a 15-over game against the Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in their previous game of the competition.

Vijay and Wriddhiman Saha could still be picked out as decent performers for KXIP in the game, but the duo, after starting-off well, could not continue the momentum and got dismissed soon enough. The bowling unit KXIP, too, failed to work.

KXIP's Hashim Amla is yet to give a solid performance in his debut IPL season, and it needs to be seen whether he can help his team in bowing out on a high on Saturday.
