5:45: The first two sessions belonged to India as they lost few wickets but kept the scoreboard ticking. KL Rahul scored a brilliant hundred after being gifted a couple of chances. Captain Virat Kohli also played well for his 78 and would think that he missed out on his 11th Test ton. Rohit Sharma came out to bat at a crucial stage and rebuilt the Indian innings alongwith Rahul and Wriddhiman Saha.

Sharma had a big opportunity to score a big hundred and one would believe that he missed out on it. The stage was set for him though but Mathews  got the better off him as the ball struck in front of the stumps and umpire Bruce Oxenford did not hesitate to give that out and call it a day.

The tail has been exposed now and India will have to fight hard tomorrow morning to reach a good total. The position they were in they would feel they did not do enough to capitalise on the situation as it was a really good pitch to bat on. India had few good partnerships that powered them to a total of 319 for 6 at the end of Day 1. The partnership between Kohli and Rahul made things easier for the rest of the Indian batsmen but the middle order allowed the Lankan bowlers to come back into this match. With Saha and Ravichandran Ashwin to begin the proceedings on Day 2 at Colombo, it will be interesting to see how many runs Indian scores eventuaylly before they put Sri Lanka to bat tomorrow.

That is all from me (Rajarshi Majumdar) and IBTimes India for today. Tune in tomorrow for the live blog and updates of Day 2. See you soon!

5:39: Rohit Sharma lbw Mathews for 79 and it is Stumps on Day 1. India finish on 319 for 6 in 87.2 overs

5:35: Tharindu Kaushal tweaks the new ball with Mathews from the other end. Sri Lankan have tried real hard to break this partnership but the Indian batsmen have got the better off them. Three overs left in the day. India 319/5 (Rohit 79*, Saha19*) 87 overs.

5:30: Mathews continues to bowl from the other end. He has bowled well with the new ball. Sri Lanka will be disappointed if they fail to pick up any other Indian wicket. Four over left in the day. India 319/5 (Rohit 79*, Saha19*) 86 overs.

5:27: Mathews decides to take the pace off the ball. Throws the ball to Rangana Herath. Indian batsmen have maintained a run rate of 3.75. Sri Lanka are trying hard to get to the Indian tail enders. In the meanwhile these two brings up the fifty partnership. Five more overs to go in the day. India 317/5 (Rohit 77*, Saha19*) 85 overs.

5:23: These two batsmen have faced no issues whatsoever with the new ball. The cherry has cost Sri Lanka 19 runs in the last 4 overs. Can Rohit Sharma reach his third Test century before the end of day's play?  India 315/5 (Rohit 76*, Saha18*) 84 overs.

5:19: Rohit Sharma and Wriddhiman Saha would be an eyeing a score of somewhere around 350. That is very much possible with these two batsmen are at the crease till the end of the day's play. Sharma hits two boundaries. Waited for the ball to come to him and played it with soft hands. A good over from Prasad is spoilt. India 315/5 (Rohit 76*, Saha18*) 83 overs.

5:15: Angelo Mathews is sharing the new ball with Prasad. The Lankans will eyeing the wicket of Saha as they have not been able to trouble Sharma in any possible way so far with the new ball. 8 overs still to go on Day 1. India 306/5 (Rohit 67*, Saha18*) 82 overs.

5:11: Rohit Sharma is playing the new ball with ease. He likes pace on that new cherry as they call it. Looks solid while playing the defensive shot too. India 306/5 (Rohit 67*, Saha18*) 81 overs.

5:09: Rohit Sharma brings up the 300 for India, welcomes Dhammika Prasad with a six over fine leg.

5:08: Sri Lanka takes the new ball. It will be interesting to see how the Lankan bowlers bowl these last 10 overs.

5:05: This is a huge opportunity for Rohit Sharma and he should grab it with both the hands. Ideal situation to silence his critics. Indeed he is a treat to watch when he gets going. India should not lose any more wicket on Day 1. 11 more overs to go. Saha is looking good at the other end as well. India 291/5 (Rohit 54*, Saha16*) 79 overs.

4:59: Rohit Sharma scores his third half century in this format of the game.

4:59: The weather is for sure taking the toll on the players as they take drinks break late in the evening.

4:48: Saha has taken the attack to the Sri Lankan spinners as he has already hit three boundaries in his saty of 18 balls. He is not allowing the Sri Lankan bowlers to pressurise him unlike the previous batsman - Stuart Binny - who was finding it hard to score runs. India 285/5 (Rohit 49*, Saha15*) 76 overs.

4:42: Saha has looked decent with the willow as he has caressed the ball to the cover rgeion for a boundary. That was delighful from the wicket-keeper batsman.  India 280/5 (Rohit 49*, Saha10*) 75 overs.

4:40: New ball is six overs away. Will Sri Lanka take the new ball and have a go at India's lower middle order? With Rohit having applied himself on the batting crease, he must not let this opportunity slip by. Rohit will not mind the new ball, though the red cherry could cause some problems to new batman Saha. 74 overs.

4:31: Wriddhiman Saha joins Rohit Sharma in the middle with India in a spot of bother. Binny has given his wicket away at the crucial juncture and the team will primarily depend on the services of Rohit Sharma, who has looked decent.  India 267/5, (Rohit 46* Saha 0*) 72 overs.

Stuart Binny OUT

4:29: One hour for Day 1 to come to an end, 19 overs left. One doubts if the remaining overs can be bowled.

4:25: It is highly unlikely India will cross the 400 run mark on Day 1. Sri Lanka bowlers are trying hard and making these two batsmen to do something different. Rohit Sharma is nearing his half century as well. Binny on the other end is moving at a snail's pace. Still 20 overs to be bowled until the end of day's play. India 263/4 (Rohit Sharma 43*, Stuart Binny 9*) Overs 70.

4:17: Things have really slowed down. Prasad is getting the ball to reverse. Still 12 overs after this to get the new ball. Binny has curbed down on his natural shots. India on the defensive mode. India 256/4 (Rohit Sharma 38*, Stuart Binny 7*) Overs 68.

4:07: Sharma and Binny are trying to rebuild the Indian innings. The commentators are busy discussing Rohit Sharma's ideal position in this Indian batting lineup but he has looked good so far. Binny and Rohit has to stay there for a longer period now and build a good partnership. India 247/4 (Rohit Sharma 36*, Stuart Binny 4*) Overs 66.

3:57: The players will sip in some drinks now as it is scorching out there on the field.

3:56: The scoring rate have slowed down after Rahul's dismissal. Rohit Sharma has cut down on his shots as he is aware of the fact that he is the only recognised batsman to guide India to a commanding total from here. Though Saha and Ashwin can bat but you can never the judge the game of cricket. Mathews is trying a lot of things as he brought back his strike bowler Dhammika Prasad. But he is not bothering the Indian batsmen much. India 239/4 (Rohit Sharma 36*, Stuart Binny 4*) Overs 64.

3:50: KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma added 55 runs together.

3:45: India are slightly in a spot of bother now. With Binny and Rohit at the crease India would be eyeing a score of 450 by the end of Day 1 at Colombo. Binny came ahead of Saha and that proves why he has been included in this team India squad. India 233/4 (Rohit Sharma 32*, Stuart Binny 2*) Overs 61.

3:37: Stuart Binny is out in the middle ahead of Wriddhiman Saha.

3:36: KL Rahul dismissed. Poor shot selection. Dushmantha Chameera got the better off him. Rahul is gone for a well made 108 from 190 balls. India 231/4.

3:35: The wicket is behaving very nicely. An ideal to bat on kind. Rohit Sharma should not lose this opportunity. He is off to a good start and should build on it. Rahul and Rohit have crossed the 50 runs partnership mark as well.India 231/3 (Rohit Sharma 32*, KL Rahul 108*) Overs 59.

3:24: India  steady after Virat Kohli's wicket. Rohit Sharma has looked good so far. He is scoring at a good strike rate. That is exactly what he is supposed to do, break the shackles and play his natural game. Sharma hit a six off Kaushal in the last over and is growing in confidence. India maintaining a healthy run rate of around 4 runs an over. India 227/3 (Rohit Sharma 30*, KL Rahul 105*) Overs 57.

3:14: KL Rahul guided the ball towards the fine leg area and took on the arms of Angelo Mathews, at the end he completes of what one would believe is a well deserved century. India 216/3 (KL Rahul 105*, Rohit Sharma 19*) Overs 55.

3:13: KL Rahul scores his second Test ton. A well composed innings. He capitalised on the chances he was given by the Lankan fielders.

3:06: Both the batsmen are out on the field. Dushmantha Chameera to begin the proceedings.

3:05: There was a short shower during the Tea Break. But the covers are off. The umpires are out on the field. The play will resume in sometime.

2:57: The final session of the first day's play at the P Sara Oval will be under way soon. Indian cricket fans will be cheering for KL Rahul who is 2 runs shy off his second Test century in Test cricket. Meanwhile, the sky does not look great. Hope the rain Gods does not play spoilsport.

2:45: Scoring 109 runs in the second session with the loss of one wicket -- Virat Kohli -- India are in a very strong position. KL Rahul has been impressive with the willow as he has looked composed throughout the innings.

However, It is Kohli and Rahul's partnership, which has changed the course of the game after losing two early wickets. With Rahul just two runs short of the century, the opener needs to bat through the day and put India in the driver's seat and Rohit needs to stay at the batting crease and justify his place in the team.

That is all from me(Ashim Sunam) and my colleague Rajarshi Majumdar will provide you with the live blog updates for the third session.

2:31:Last over beofre tea. Can Rahul score his ton in the second session? Rahul only manages two runs in the over as he takes his first innings score to 98 runs. However, he should complete his second ton early on in the third session.

2:30: Rohit Sharma seems to have taken a leaf from Rahul's book as Rohit comes down the track to attack Herath and hits a boundary and then a huge six. These two shots will boost Rohit's confidence.  India 204/3 (Rahul 96* Rohit 17*) 52 overs

2:27: Prasad has not been able to trouble the Indian batsmen as Rohit Sharma has middled mostly everything and Rahul, who must be seeing the leather ball as big as football, has just carried on with normal proceedings and is five runs away from his second ton. India 193/3 (Rahul 95* Rohit*7) 51 overs

2:23: KL Rahul inches closer to a century with a slog sweep as the ball races down the boundary line. Immediately, nervous nineties, it seems as an edge falls short of the slip fielder after coming down the track to Herath. Rahul lucky. India 191/3 (Rahul 94* Rohit*6) 50 overs. 10 minutes or so away from the tea break.

2:20: Skipper Mathews senses a wicket as he brings Prasad back for another spell. Rohit will be mighty pleased as he was not looking in great comfort against the Lankan spinners bowling in tandem.

2:19: KL Rahul, after the dismissal, has looked tentative as a bat-pad man pressurises the Indian batsmen. Runs have dreied up of late as Mathews has brought his fielders in to stop the singles. Great move, I say.  India 185/3 (Rahul 88*, Rohit 5*) 48overs

2:12: With fielders around the bat and Kohli's wicket seems to have given Sri Lanka the much-needed confidence as Herath is using his experience to pressurise the Indian batsmen. Crucial stage in the second session. India 182/3 (Rahul 88*, Rohit 3*) 46 overs.

2:05: Herath dismisses Kohli, but Mathews deserves credit for the wicket as he dived to his right for a low catch in the slip cordon. It is such moments, which can change the course of the game. Rahul holds the key now  as Rohit Sharma comes onto bat. Rohit needs to score this time else Pujara might be favoured for the next Test match. With India's inexperienced middle and lower middle order, Sri Lanka needs to attack now. India 176/3 (Rahul 86*, Rohit 0*) 44 overs.

Kohli and Rahul were involved in a partnership of 164 runs.

2:01: Virat Kohli out after making 78 runs

2:00: Herath and Kaushal have been below par or should we say Rahul and Kohli have made them look so. You guys can decide at home.

1:58: Is this not Sangakkara's farewell Test? We have hardly got a glimpse of the legend on the field. The cameraman is missing out on something.

1:54: Spin from both ends. Kohli and Rahul have upped their game as they are scoring runs all around the park. Sri Lanka heads are drooping down gradually with the partnserhip looking more solid. India needs to take advantage of the situation. 170/2, 42 overs.

1:50: KL Rahul has not changed his game at all against the spinners. He is coming down the track with relative ease and scoring runs at will. Virat Kohli, on the other hand, has rocked back in the back foot a number of times and played on both sides of the wicket. Kohli has also driven well on the front foot as well.

KL Rahul is toying with the spinners now and sweeping the ball fine and front of square as well. India 163/2 ( (Rahul 79*, Kohli 71*)40 overs.

Kohli and Rahul's partnershipd exceeds 150 runs with Rahul's four.

1:41: Kohli or Rahul are in good touch. Ton seems inevitable.

1:39: KL Rahul comes down the track and lofts Herath for a huge six. Attacking Herath seems to be a major ploy by the Indian batsmen, who were troubled by the spinner in the last Test match. Is this revenge time for Indian players? India 152/2 (Rahul 70*, Kohli 69*)38 overs.

1:37: KL Rahul joins in the party, as he plays a brilliant pull shot for another boundary. Mathews might be better off tryin to ball the pitch up and ask Rahul to drive the ball and produce the edge. May be it is time to change their plans. India are very comfortable at the batting crease.  India 144/2 (Rahul 63*, Kohli 68*)37 overs.

1:33: Kohli is looking in sublime touch as he making the art of batting look so easy on the eyes. Another delightful boundary by Kohli on the offside helps him reach 66 runs. The right-hander looks set for a huge score. Even Herath has not been able to contain Kohli, who should maintain his focus. India 139/2 (Rahul 59*, Kohli 67*)36 overs.

1:27: Mathews replaces Prasad, who has been the best bowler for Sri Lanka with figures of 2-37 so far.

1:25: Virat Kohli is changing gears now as he is taking the attack to the opposition with some elegant shots on both sides of the wicket. The pitch is perfectly suited for Kohli's batting as he seems to have that extra time on his hand to take the bowlers on. Kohli has come with a positive intent today as he has scored 62 runs from 81 deliveries only. 13 runs from the overIndia 134/2 (Rahul 59*, Kohli 62*)34 overs.

1:15: India are in solid control now and both the batsmen are scoring runs at will despite Prasad, still, swinging the ball. Rahul is making his presence felt in Dhawan's absenceIndia 122/2, 33 overs.

1:05: Virat Kohli is lucky as he edges the ball to first slip, but it does not carry to the fielder. Prasad, who is still asking questions after lunch, is swinging the ball both ways.  Kohli cannot afford to lose his wicket now after having done so much of hard work in the first session. India 117/2 (Rahul 56*, Kohli 50*)31 overs.

12:57: An elegant cover drive from Rahul helps him score an important half century and also complete a partnership off more than 100 runs with Kohli, which has given them a strong edge in the Test match. But, they need to carry on from here and score as many runs as possible.  India 115/2 (Rahul 54*, Kohli 50*)29 overs.

12 :53 :Rahul completes half century.

12:52: Bowling change. Prasad to bowl. Only one over from Kaushal.

12:50: So, Sri Lanka starts with spin and pace as Chameera  runs to bowl the second over after the break. Virat Kohli  completes his 50 from just 63 balls. A good over from Chameera comes to an end though he concedes two boundaries, which includes a top edged boundary. India 108/2 (Kohli 50*, Rahul 48*). 28 overs.

12:40: Kaushal to start second session with his off-breaks.

12:35: We are just few minutes away from the start of the second session, which promises to be an interesting one. After having fought it out in the first session, Kohli and Rahul will be required to carry on their momentum into the second session as well.

It is always the second session of any Test match, which is considered to be an entertaining one and Indian cricket fans would be eager to witness the partnership between Rahul and Kohli to flourish with some brilliant strokeplay.

12:15: Lunch Time: India 97/2. (Kohli 48* Rahul 39*) 26overs.Despite losing two key wickets early on, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli have brought back India into the game with some fine solid batting display. After seeing off the new ball, the duo has looked comfortable at the batting crease.

What looks even more encouraging is the fact the way Kohli and Rahul have handled the Lankan spinners. Rahul has been primarily using his feet, while Kohli is using the crease beautifully going back and coming onto the frontfoot whenever required.

The match has been nicely poised after the completion of the first session, but KL Rahul and Kohli needs to convert their start into big scores. However, the Sri lankan bowlers have been bowling well and especially Prasad, who has taken both the wickets of the second Test match so far. Captain Mathews will want their spinners to take command after the break. We are 20 minutes away from the second session.

12:02: It is lunch time and India must be happy with the way they have comeback into the game with a parternship of 85 runs between Kohli and Rahul after losing Vijay and Rahane early. India 97/2. (Kohli 48* Rahul 39*) 26overs.

11:58: Last over before lunch, it seems. India 96/2. (Kohli 48* Rahul 38*) 25overs.

11:54: Herath has been mixing his deliveries very well, but the Indian dup has stood tall against the Sri Lankan spinner. However, Rahul is coming down the track quite often, but needs to be careful. India 90/2. (Kohli 42* Rahul 38*) 24overs.

11:49: KL Rahul and Kohli has not faced any problem while dealing with the spinners, in fact, they are trying to take the attack to the opposition. But with lunch just a few minutes away, they need to keep their wickets intact. India 89/2. (Kohli 41* Rahul 38*) 23overs.

11:45: Tharindu Kaushal is the new bowler and he nearly take a wicket straight away as KL Rahul top edges a sweep shot, but lands safe near the boundary line.India needs to be careful. Spinners bowling in tandem. Herath from the other end. A tidy and a quiet over. India 86/2, 22 Overs.

11:40: After losing Vijay and Rahane early, India have looked solid as the partnership between Rahul and Vijay is gradually blooming. They are playing their shots without much problems. With 20 minutes to lunch, India needs to maintain the same momentum and not lose any wickets.  India 81/2. (Kohli 37* Rahul 34) 20overs

11:35: First Six: Kohli comes down the track and hits a six straight over Herath's head. The slow left arm bowler has not received much assistance from the pitch and the Indian batsmen seems to have come with a clear thought - play Herath on the front foot. India 74/2. (Kohli 33* Rahul 32) 19overs

11:32: Surprise!!! Sri Lanka seems to have gone on the defensive mode as they have fielders on the boundary ropes in the leg side. Not a wise move as free runs will be in the offing for India. One must give credit the way Rahul and Kohli have seen off the new ball and are looking in good control of the game scoring runs all around the park. Some delightful batting by KL Rahul and Kohli on show at the moment. India 66/2. 18overs.

11: 25: The pitch seems to be more suited for shot-making now. Kohli survives a close LBW call, but may be, it was on the higher side, but Prasad got through Kohli's defense. India 58/2. (Kohli 25* Rahul 24) 16overs.

11:21: Double bowling change  as Prasad bowls from the other end

11:19: KL Rahul misses out on a number of over pitched deliveries from the slow left-arm bowler. It could have been dispatched to the fence. They should not allow him to settle down as it is going to increase pressure on the batsmen at the crease and help Herath gain confidence. India 58/2. (Kohli 25* Rahul 24) 15 overs.

11:16: Hero of the first Test Rangana Herath to bowl his first over.

11: 15:Virat Kohli is shouldering the responsibility in the middle as he is playing a cautious and waiting game. He is waiting for the Sri Lankan bowlers to err in line and length to pounce on the loose deliveries and that is what exactly happens  as Chameera bowls short and Kohli dispatches the ball at deep square leg for a boundary. Chameera is bowling at good pace but Kohli has played him with ease. India 56/2 (Kohli 24* , KL Rahul 23*) 14 overs.

11:05: Runs coming thick and fast for India as KL Rahul and Kohli has struck a boundary each. They have looked confident so far and with runs easy to score now, they need to capitalise on their start and convert it into big scores. However, still, the pitch has something for the bowlers, which will encourage the hosts . India 49/2 (Kohli17* , KL Rahul 23*) 12 overs.

Angelo Mathews to start proceedings after the break.

11am: The first hour has surely belonged to Sri Lanka with two quick wickets in the form of Vijay and Rahane, but Kohli and Rahul are showing signs of progress.

10:55: Virat Kohli hits two back-to-back boundaries to end the 10th over . KL Rahul and Virat Kohli are looking good now. They are scoring runs all around the park. As mentioned earlier, this partnership is going to be very important with batsmen such as Rohit Sharma and Saha to follow. If they lose any more wicket in the first session, India will be under lot of pressure. The players have taken a drinks break. India 40/2 (Kohli12* , KL Rahul 19*) 10 overs.

10:49 KL Rahul is looking good, as he glaces the ball to fine leg for another four with Prasad drifting onto the leg side. India 32/2 (Kohli4* , KL Rahul 19*) 9overs.

10:45: KL Rahul despite the drop, has looked solid as he played a beautiful straight drive for four runs. That stright drive will even make Sachin Tendulkar smile. Chameera could be ahuge threat to the Indian top order. Can the Indian batsmen withstand his pace?

10:43: Dushmantha Chameera replaces Mathews. Bad luck for Chameera as KL Rahul is dropped on 11 runs by Mubarak.

10:34: KL Rahul, who has looked decent, is applying himself as he is trying to cover the swing with huge frontfoot stride and has produced shots on both sides of the wicket to get the scoreboard moving. This partnership between Rahul and Kohli is very important for India as they cannot afford to lose any more wicket in the first hour, at least. India 20/2 (Kohli 1*, KL Rahul 11*) 7 overs.

10:24: Ajinkya Rahane edges Prasad's outgoing delivery at third slip. Pressure on the Indian captain -- Virat Kohli -- straight away as he walks onto bat at number 4. He needs to see off the new ball as Prasad and Matthews are bowling in a teasing manner. India 12/2 (Kohli 0*, KL Rahul 4*) 5 overs.

10: 22: India lose second wicket, Ajinkya Rahane walks back to the pavilion. India 12/2

10:15: Rahane off the mark with a fine leg glance. But, there is swing and seam in the offing for the Lankan bowlers. India 12/1, 3overs (Rahane 4*, KL Rahul 4*)

10:12: Angelo Mathews bowls a probing second over, also produces a thick edge from KL Rahul, who manages to take three runs. The Sri Lankans have a clear plan - attack the stumps.

10:06: India has started the Test match on the backfoot with Murli Vijay's early dismissal. Dhammika Prasad bowled a good first over asking the batsman to play the ball. Meanwhile,  it is not Rohit Sharma at number three but Ajinkya Rahane, who has walked after Vijay's wicket. India 4/1, 1st over

10:05am: Murli Vijay out without throubling the scorers in the first over of the game as he is trapped leg before. India 4/1

9:57: Sangakkara, who is playing his last Test match, leads Sri Lanka onto the ground, while Indian openers KL Rahul and Murli Vijay walks to the batting crease.

9:50: One change in the Sri Lankan team as Dushmantha Chammera replaces injured Nuwan Pradeep.

Sri Lanka: FDM Karunaratne, JK Silva, HDRL Thirimanne, KC Sangakkara, AD Mathews (captain), J Mubarak, LD Chandimal (wk), KTGD Prasad, HMRKB Herath, PHT Kaushal and PVD Chameera

9:45: India have made three changes from the first Test. Stuart Binny, Umesh Yadav and Murli Vijay replaces Harbhajan Singh, Varun Aaron and Shikhar Dhawan, who is injured, respectively.

India: M Vijay, KL Rahul, RG Sharma, V Kohli (captain), AM Rahane, WP Saha (wk), STR Binny, R Ashwin, A Mishra, I Sharma and UT Yadav.

9:33: Virat Kohli wins crucial toss, India to bat first. The Indian skipper feels it is a good toss to win. Let's wait and watch.

9:27: With Stuart Binny called in as the 16th member of the squad after the first Test loss, will the all-rounder get a place in the starting eleven? Will Harbhajan Singh face the axe?

9:20: We are just forty minutes away from the first ball of the second Test match in Colombo. The all important toss will take shape in the next few minutes.

Good morning everyone. Hello and welcome to IBT India's live coverage of Day 1 of the second Test match, which starts in an hour's time. Buckle up your seat belts as we have an intriguing first day (hopefully) of the Test match, which should set the tone for the the days to follow.

After dominating the first four days of the first Test match, India suffered a batting collapse in the fourth innings, resulting in an embarrassing loss. However, "let's keep the recent past behind and play five days of consistent cricket" is what Ravi Shastri and Virat Kohli will advise his men ahead of the crucial second Test at P.Saravanamuttu Stadium, Colombo.

On the contrary, Sri Lanka will be high on confidence after winning the first Test from a difficult situation. The second Test in Colombo, irrespective of the result, is a historical one as the elegant left-hander from Sri Lanka --Kumar Sangakkara -- will draw curtains on what has been an incredible journey of 15 years.

Expect some tears to be shed along with some drama at the end of the Test match as Sri Lanka will be bidding adieu to one of their favourite sons.

Sri Lankan players will want to win the second Test, and hence the three-match series could be a fitting gift from the home team, while India could spoil Sangakkara's farewell party as Kohli and his men will be eager to win the Test and draw level, 1-1.

Stuart Binny

India 315/5 (Rohit 76*, Saha18*) 83 overs.
