Aditya Dhar's 'Dhurandhar' continues to make waves, and the songs from the film continue to be on the chartbuster hit list. 'Shararat' sung by Madhubanti Bagchi and Jasmine Sandlas in the meantime has become a fan favourite that everyone is grooving to. From its amazing beats to the stellar dance moves performed by Krystle D'Souza and Ayesha Khan, people are simply obsessed with the song.
However, very recently, several media outlets had reported about how Tamannaah Bhatia was the first choice for the song, who was later replaced by Krystle D'Souza. Krystle has now opened up about what the actual scenario is and has shed some light on the real situation that happened.
A large section of people misinterpreted what Vijay Ganguly, the choreographer of Shararat, had to say. Listening to him, many thought that it was Tamannaah who was first approached to be a part of the song. However, later Ganguly clarified that even though Tamannaah's name must have been discussed, she was never approached. Even though clarification from the choreographer is out in the open, Krystle is still being asked about whether she replaced Tamannaah or not, and the actress has finally made her side heard.
Talking to Free Press Journal, Krystle said, "Honestly, I mean, I did see it, and I felt like she would have killed it in her own way. She would have owned it, and, you know, sometimes what's written for whoever it's written is what'll happen. You can't change anything like that. Approached or not approached, I'm sure she would have nailed it. Like, there's no way that she wouldn't kill it. And even if Ayesha was alone in the song, she would have killed it. If I was alone in the song, I would have killed it. Everyone would have done what they could do best. So, I'm never going to take away from anyone who's hardworking, who's self-made, who has been consistent and is ready to put in the effort. So, I feel like she's doing big things. She's going to do bigger things. And this is our time, and we are doing things, and we are going to do bigger things. So, there's enough sun for everyone, as I've always said."
She further went on to add, "Everyone needs to shine like Ranveer Singh; let us shine. To bring somebody up, you don't need to bring others down. I don't know how many times I need to say this. But just to bring another person up, please don't tear another person apart, because you don't know mentally how it can affect somebody."

Krystle has been asked multiple times if she will be a part of Dhurandhar 2, to which she has never given a clear answer. Her answers have always been intriguing, and it is wise to say that her fans are extremely curious about whether or not she will be seen in the next part of Dhurandhar.
The second part of Dhurandhar will hit the theatres in March 2026. The first part of the film featured Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles.
