Superstar Mahesh Babu is set to launch the audio album of his father Krishna's comeback movie "Sri Sri" at a grand music release function, which will be live streamed on YouTube this evening.

"Sri Sri" is the golden Jubilee movie for Krishna and its makers have made grand arrangements for its audio launch at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad. The music release function will begin at 6.00 p.m. Feb. 18. His son Mahesh Babu, who is attending the function as the chief guest, will release the audio CDs of the movie, which is produced by Sri Balaji Srinivasa (SBS) Productions.

On Feb. 17, the bosses of SBS Productions unveiled a video on its official YouTube channel and the 1.17-minute video features the invitation card of the audio launch of "Sri Sri". The music release function will be aired live on few Telugu TV channels. 

Ghattamaneni family, which has contributed talented heroes like Krishna, Mahesh Babu, Sudheer Babu, has large number of fans across the globe. The makers of "Sri Sri" have issued free passes to thousands of the fans of the family. The music release function of the film will also witness the presence of many fans and celebs from the Telugu film industry.

Superstar Krishna, who has acted in over 300 movies, is now set to return to the big screen. Mahesh Babu has shown a special interest in this project and several speculations were made on his connection with the film. It was rumoured that he would make a guest appearance in the movie, but director Muppalaneni Siva rubbished them saying that he would be a voice over artiste for it.

"Sri Sri" is an action and crime movie with a good dose of entertainment. Touted to be a revenge drama, the movie is about a common man, who imbibes the values of Telugu poet and lyricist Srirangam Srinivasarao in his life. Krishna is playing the lead role in the movie, which features his wife Vijaya Nirmala and her son Naresh in important roles.
