Nani's latest outing "Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha" (KVPG) has continued to do well at the US box office on the weekdays, and surpassed the mark of half-million dollar collection in the country in five days.

Nani's previous film "Bale Bale Magadivoy" (BBM) was a big hit at the US box office and its success had created lot of curiosity and expectations about his next film "Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha." In a bid to cash in on this craze, the makers of the film released it in more number of screens than "Bale Bale Magadivoy."

Trade experts predicted that "Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha" would reach closer to the mark of $1 million in its opening weekend. The movie opened to good response, but its business was not up to the mark, though collections were a little more than the business of "Bale Bale Magadivoy." The movie showed good jump over the weekend, but again failed to live up to expectations.

When compared to its opening day, "Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha" showed over 55 percent drop in its collection on Monday. Its business further dipped on Tuesday. The Nani starrer has collected $550,713 (Rs 3.77 crore) from 130 screens at the US box office in five days.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Telugu film #KrishnagaadiVeeraPremaGaadha - USA: Mon $ 46,874, Tue $ 31,657. Total: $ 550,713 [₹ 3.77 cr]. STEADY! #KVPG @Rentrak (sic)"

"Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha" has collected an average of $4,236 per screen, which is much bigger than the collection of many big-ticket movies. But its per-screen average is much lesser than that of "Bale Bale Magadivoy," which collected an average of $7,901 per screen in the country. Here is the day-wise collection of "Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha" and "Bale Bale Magadivoy."
