Amitabh Bachchan made his comeback on TV with Kaun Banega Crorepati 10 on Monday, September 3. This season of the show is expected to be a 12-week affair and will air five days a week from Monday-Friday at 9 pm on Sony TV.

The theme for the year is "Kab Tak Rokoge'', which celebrates the resilience and spirit of the common man. While the overall feature of the game show remained the same, the audience seemed to enjoy the return of the show more than ever!

To make the KBC 10 more visually appealing, new elements have been introduced in the show. Perhaps, KBC is the first Indian reality game show that uses augmented reality as one of the key features.

The show has introduced a new way of showing the prize money ladder and the lifelines. The 3D graphics now float around on your screen and the host also interacts with them. These features make the overall experience of the show more appealing.

As far as the lifelines are concerned, options like 50:50, audience poll and jodidaar have been retained. The 'Ask the Expert' lifeline has made a comeback in this season. However, instead of a call, the contestant will be able to speak face to face with the experts through a video call.

Even though the questions are tougher than ever, a lot of people seem to be enjoying the 'KBC Play Along' feature of the show. To involve the viewers watching the show at home, the makers have introduced the 'KBC Play Along' feature, which is available on the SONY LIV app. Now, the viewers can enjoy the thrill of the game as well as win prizes.

The first episode of the show that aired yesterday, was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience. The first contestant on the show was an ex IAF squadron leader, who won a whopping Rs 12.5 lakhs.

The show created huge ripples across social media, where users congratulated the veteran actor for his comeback on television.  A Twitter user posted, "Great actor and a great host. no one host KBC better like him!" Another tweet read, "so glad to see this show back on tv! Big B was missed!"

The warm welcome received by the show on the first day proves that the craze for the show is here to stay!
