Bollywood superstars have come a long way in their careers with their talent and audience support. Many of them can look back at their work and genuinely feel proud, notwithstanding some aberrations.

This is so because few people know that big stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar have once been a part of B-grade films. What were their compulsions? Do they regret for their decision to act in such films? Check it out: 

Amitabh Bachchan

Believe it or not, the "Shahanshah" of Bollywood was a part of a shady film "Boom". He confessed that he regrets to work in this film. He said, "I worked in 'Boom' for emotional and personal reasons."

Akshay Kumar

During his early days, Akshay Kumar did a role in a B-grade film "Mr. Bond." It is still the "Khiladi" star's one-of-the-worst movies in an otherwise illustrious career.

Katrina Kaif

The film "Boom", which was described as soft-porn by many, was Katrina Kaif's debut film. The "Dhoom 3" actress regrets being a part of it and marks it as her mistake.

Manisha Koirala

Manisha Koirala once asked for a court order to stay the release of a film "Ek Chotisi Love Story." This film grabbed attention due to certain objectionable scenes. Later, Koirala claimed that she was impersonated by her body double in those scenes. 

Neha Dhupia

Neha Dhupia's bold scenes with Sonu Sood in an adult-referred film "Sheesha" garnered attention. The audience criticised the film as well the actors for doing it.

Mithun Chakraborty

Mithun Chakraborty was a part of a B-grade film "Classic Dance of Love", in which he played the role of a religious instructor who gets attracted to a dancer.
