Kate Middleton has been in the news for her fitness regime ever since she gave birth to Princess Charlotte in May. And, her latest pictures with son Prince George at Gloucestershire Festival of Polo have raised questions about her rapid post-pregnancy weight loss.

The reports of the Duchess of Cambridge being on a juice diet and hiring a personal trainer to get back in shape have been doing the rounds for weeks now. But the latest buzz is that Kate is seeking sister Pippa Middleton's advice to regain her athletic physique.

According to Now Magazine, the Duchess, who is keen to get back her toned body, has decided to let go of her professional personal trainer and hire Pippa.

"Kate wants to get fitter and have a few muscles. She's very envious of her sister's body," a source told the magazine.

Apparently, after seeing her sister's figure in a bikini during a family holiday, Kate has decided to work harder to get fitter. "When the Middletons were holidaying in Mustique in February, Kate was in awe of her sister's figure after she saw her in her bikini. She made a pledge to herself that she'd start working out as soon as possible after Princess Charlotte was born," the source added.

The website further reported that Pippa has already chalked out a complete plan. "Kate has a gym at her Norfolk home Anmer Hall and there's a swimming pool, too. Pippa's mapped out a cross-country route for Kate around the grounds. She plans to increase her calorie count by 500 a day so Kate doesn't burn off more than she gains on her fitness regime. Pippa's also busy drawing up a high-energy diet that'll increase Kate's carbs and protein intake," the source said.

As we all know, Kate is a fitness freak and earlier, reports had stated that she was on a strict juice diet after the birth of Princess Charlotte to lose weight. That diet was also reportedly recommended by Pippa.

A few weeks ago, People reported that the mother-of-two has hired a London-based trainer, who boasts an elite A-lister clientele, to get back in shape.

"The trainer was brought on board while she was pregnant and is super-discreet. It's a lot of money, but you get a lot for the price. Included in the package is a tailored fitness routine and regular monitoring," a source told the magazine.

Now, it looks like she has let him go to get her sister onboard.
