Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma will be seen wrestling as well as romancing each other in Yash Raj Films/Twitter

Salman Khan will soon start the promotional campaign for his upcoming Eid release "Sultan" and he has already shot for "Sultan" special episodes with a few Television shows. In the coming days, Salman will be seen shooting for a few other television and reality shows, but that won't include Kapil Sharma's "The Kapil Sharma Show."

Salman might not be seen promoting "Sultan" on the popular comedy show "The Kapil Sharma Show." Salman was a regular at Kapil's show, before the comedian moved out of Colors' channel. Salman previously promoted "Jai Ho," "Kick" and "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" on Kapil's previous show "Comedy Nights With Kapil" and this year also fans expected the actor to promote his film on Kapil's new show.

However, fans might be disappointed, as the actor has not given his nod to the show until now. While the reason is known, BollywoodLife.com points out that Salman's contract with Colors channel, thanks to "Bigg Boss," might stop the actor from promoting his film on Kapil's show.

The fallout between Kapil and Colors channel is known to all. Kapil joined Sony TV, after Colors pulled the plug on his show and replaced it with Krushna Abhishek's show. Also, this year, when Mika Singh appeared on rival Kapil's show to promote his song, Colors asked the singer to leave "Comedy Nights Live." So this might be the reason for Salman not appearing on Kapil's show. However, there has been no official announcement about it.

Meanwhile, the only reality show Salman has given his nod to as of now is "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa," which airs on Zee TV, and soap "Udaan," which airs on Colors.

"Sultan" starring Salman and Anushka Sharma is slated to release on July 6 worldwide. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is a romance action drama produced by Yash Raj Films.
