Kanye West's condition is apparently more serious, as the rapper has been put on a suicide watch. West was rushed to the hospital on Monday afternoon due to sleep deprivation and exhaustion.

The rapper was said to be undergoing a psychiatric evaluation at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. However, Radar Online now claims that the rapper is on suicide watch. According to the tabloid, West is placed under a 5150 psychiatrist hold and that occurs when a "person, as a result of a mental health disorder, is a danger to others or to himself."

"He was crazy and delusional. He is having hallucinations, and is paranoid," the tabloid quoted a source as saying. The reports also suggest that he "screamed" that people are trying to kill him.

However, Gossip Cop, who reported saying that the rapper is not a suicide watch, has debunked Radar Online's claim.

Kanye to save $30million

While Radar Online's report says that the rapper is on suicide watch, TMZ claims that the medical emergency might save him millions of dollars. West cancelled the Saint Pablo tour that would have cost him $30 million, but his insurance policy covered him.

According to the policy, the insurance carrier will pay West the money he'd make and also the money he was obligated to pay others if "accident or illness ... prevents any Insured Person from appearing or continuing to appear in any or all of the Insured Performance(s) or Event(s)."

The rapper cancelled his remaining 21 shows on Monday. The announcement came two days after he stormed off the stage in Sacramento after just three songs following a political and personal rant.

"There are methods, non-political methods to speaking that I like, that I feel were very futuristic. That style, and that method of communication has proven that it can beat a politically correct way of communication, and I f*** with that," he said.
