The makers of Kabali have a special package to treat the fans on Rajinikanth's birthday. The unseen scenes from Rajinikanth's Kabali will be out on Monday, December 12, on the occasion of the actor's birthday.

As per the buzz, the sequences from the final copy of the multilingual movie will be released in the evening. The news has thrilled the fans of Rajinikanth and they are now eagerly awaiting the release of the unseen clips.

Generally, many scenes from movies do not make it to main copy for various reasons. The editor, with the director, takes the final call on what should be in the films before its release. Normally, the sequences that affect the flow of the storyline are removed.

Coming to Kabali, the Rajinikanth-starrer was released on July 22 to mixed reviews. Rajinikanth played the role of an ageing gangster in the flick, written and directed by Pa Ranjith. Radhika Apte was seen as the female lead in the movie, which was produced by Kalaippuli S Thanu under the banner of V Creations.

Kabali, which is believed to have been made on a budget of Rs 100 crore, has given a much-needed boost to Rajinikanth, since two of his previous films failed to perform well at the box office. Kabali has reportedly earned profits to the producer, distributors and exhibitors.

According to trade reports, Kabali grossed about Rs 300 crore worldwide and made over Rs 100 crore at the overseas box office alone. The multilingual film has also earned about Rs 225 crore from the sales of various rights and deals.
