All eyes will be on Cristiano Ronaldo as the Portugal superstar will be making the much-awaited Serie A home debut. The 33-year-old's arrival has created a lot of buzz in Turin with thousands coming to watch a practice match between Juventus A and B sides.

Nonetheless, Ronaldo failed to find the back of the net in the season opener against Chievo on the road. In fact, Juventus clinched three points only after an injury-time winner from Federico Bernardeschi.

Massimiliano Allegri's men were also benefited by an own goal in their first match of the season.

With a sea of Ronaldo supporters expected to attend Saturday's tie, the superstar footballer will be hoping to open his league account.

Allegri confirmed that Ronaldo will be starting against Lazio but maintained that he will not hesitate to rotate the squad in the coming games.

"Ronaldo always puts himself in contention. He's a true champion, who has built himself with work and sacrifice. He's a good example and he raises the bar here. Ronaldo will never be on the bench, right? No, it can happen," Allegri said.

Juventus though will be wary of last season's encounter at Turin against Lazio as they were beaten by the visitors 2-1 after Ciro Immobile double.

Immobile will be raring to go on Saturday as he had already opened his league account during their 2-1 defeat to last season's runners-up Napoli earlier this month.
