A Junior NTR fan stabbed a Pawan Kalyan fan to death on Sunday. The power star visited Tirupati to pay his last respects to the fan, Vinod Kumar, and offered condolences to his family.

Vinod Kumar, along with four of his friends, had attended an organ donation drive in Kolar, Karnataka. Many fans of Junior NTR and Pawan Kalyan were present at the event. The 24-year-old Vinod Kumar, who was an active member of Pawan's Jana Sena party, was invited to speak on stage. During the event, Vinod shouted slogans in support of Pawan Kalyan and vowed to extend the organ donation to Tirupati.
But his slogans did not go down well with the fans of Junior NTR and it led to a war of words between the fans of the two Tollywood superstars. Their heated argument went on for some time, and other guests, who were present on the occasion, tried to calm them down. Later in the evening, Vinod and his friends visited a bar in Narasapura, where NTR fan, Sunil and his friend, Akshay Kumar were present.
Fans of both the stars once again got into argument and an angry Akshay stabbed Vinod with a knife. The latter was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, but he was declared brought dead. The Vemgal police reportedly registered a case of murder against Akshay Kumar and the accused was arrested soon.
Pawan Kalyan visited Vinod Kumar's family in Tirupati on Thursday morning. The actor-turned-politician spoke to Vinod's mother and offered condolences. Later, he addressed the media and said that all the stars are friendly and they don't fight with each other. So the fans should also follow the same example and not take things beyond a limit.
