Janatha Garage full movie released on net after its TV premiere: Where to watch Jr NTR's film online

Jr NTR's Janatha Garage, which was recently premiered on Maa TV, has been officially released on internet. Now, the viewers can watch the complete movie online for free.

Star India acquired the satellite rights of Janatha Garage for a whopping amount of Rs 12.50 crore and telecast the film on its Telugu channel Maa TV on Sunday. The Koratala Siva-directed action film received superb response from its premiere on the small screen. Janatha Garage was released in cinema halls around the world on September 1 and got good opening at the ticket counters. The film has collected Rs 135 crore gross at the worldwide box office so far and earned Rs 81.50 crore for its global distributors. It has become the highest grossing Telugu film of 2016 and third biggest-earning Tollywood movie of all time after Baahubali and Srimanthudu.

Janatha Garage completed 50-day run in several theatres on September 20 and still continues to fare well in some centres. The movie had its first TV premiere 52 days after its theatrical release. The makers were successful in stopping its alleged leak online and piracy. Finally, the film is officially available for watching online.

Written by Koratala Siva, Janatha Garage is about garage owner Satyam, who helps people troubled by goons and Anand, who is an environmental science student. The two becomes friends after Anand confronts people of Janatha Garage. How the two complete a noble cause together forms the crux of the story.

Mohanlal and Junior NTR have played Satyam and Anand respectively in Janatha Garage, while Samantha and Nithya Menen essay the female leads. It is a bilingual film made simultaneously in Telugu and Malayalam with same name and it has been produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar, CV Mohan under the banner Mythri Movie Makers.
