Rohit Sharma scored his 10th century on the Australian soil on Friday during the second ODI against Australia at The Gabba in Brisbane.

This is yet another outstanding innings from the 'Hitman' as he has put India on course for a big total in the second ODI.

This was his fifth ODI hundred against Australia and second on this tour. Rohit has also equalled the record of Sir Vivian Richards of scoring three hundreds against Australia on the Australian soil.

Rohit was involved in crucial partnership with Virat Kohli during the second ODI and the duo added 125 runs in the second wicket until the latter got himself run out for 58.

Rohit did not stop and engaged himself in yet another 121 runs partnership with Ajinkya Rahane and both of them scored at a brisk rate.

The last seven ODI hundreds of Rohit crossed the 125-run-mark but on during the second ODI Rohit got out for a well-made 124 runs. One will consider him to be unlucky as he was run out after Rahane's shot struck James Faulkner's hand and went on to hit the stumps at the other end.
