Mrunal Thakur has spoken about how her ex-boyfriend had gotten insecure of her co-stars. Mrunal revealed that she was seeing a Scandinavian man who was insecure of her co-stars like Hrithik Roshan. The two were shooting for 'Super 30' and it made her former boyfriend insecure. He got obsessed with body building, built muscles, lost weight.
Mrunal added that however after a certain point, he got tired of 'catching up. He then stopped working out, started eating and ended up gaining almost 20 kgs. She added that even though she had never told him to gain or lose weight, it was his own insecurity that led to such extremes.
Mrunal recalls incident with ex-boyfriend
"So, this guy, who was a Scandinavian, thought that I was hanging around and shooting with a lot of men who were good-looking, like Hrithik Roshan. So he started working out, lost like 15-17 kgs, and he got muscles. Later, I found out, because there was a point he just stopped working out and started eating and gained 20 kgs. And I was like, 'what's happening?' And he told me, 'I'm just tired of catching up," she told Raunaq Rajani's YouTube channel.
"But I was like, I never asked him to lose weight, but it was his insecurity that I was hanging around with such good-looking men," she added.
Affair with Dhanush?
Mrunal also added that when it comes to relationships, even she gets insecure sometimes. But prefers to talk it out and address it directly. The 'Jersey' actress has been in news over her rumoured relationship with Dhanush. The two have been touted to be secretly dating. Recently, when pictures of Mrunal's fake wedding with Dhanush went viral, the actress quashed the rumours.
"No, I think 14th Feb is going to be 1st April, April Fools' Day. Because I don't know who started this. First of all, I have been quoted, but I never said anything. And they just said Mrunal said so," she told Galatta Plus.
