As the festive season is about to begin in India, carmakers have started launching special editions to lure customers. The months from August to November sees increased sales and Honda Cars India has launched the City Edge, WR-V Alive and BR-V Style editions eyeing a jump in sales during the season.
The City Edge, WR-V Alive and BR-V Style editions come with no major changes in design and there are no changes under the hood as well. Honda Cars India has added some exterior and interior embellishments, and some features in the special edition models that make them more aspirational.
Honda City Edge edition
Honda offers the City Edge edition in both petrol and diesel versions and it has been priced at Rs 9.75 lakh and Rs 11.10 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), respectively. The special edition is based on the SV trim and boasts of 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, rear parking sensors, rear camera with display and special edition emblem. In addition, the premium features of SV trim such as the cruise control, keyless entry, driver seat height adjuster and dual SRS airbags are also part of the package.
Honda WR-V Alive Edition
The WR-V Alive edition is based on the S variant and petrol version has been priced at Rs 8.02 lakh. The diesel version of the WR-V Alive edition will cost Rs 9.11 lakh, both prices ex-showroom Delhi.
The WR-V Alive edition has been glamorised with 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, rear parking sensors, rear camera with the display, premium seat cover with special edition logo and premium steering wheel cover. The buyers of the special edition WR-V will also get a 1st-month subscription of Honda Connect for free.
Along with the special edition, Honda Cars India has introduced new Radiant Red Metallic colour options for the WR-V range.
Honda BR-V Style Edition
The Style edition of the BR-V is offered across the SUV's variants barring the base E trim. The BR-V Style edition gets stylised with special edition emblem, front guard, tailgate spoiler, body side moulding, and front and rear bumper protector. Ex-showroom Delhi prices for the BR-V Style edition are as follows.
- S MT Style (petrol) – Rs 10.44 lakh
- V MT Style (petrol) – Rs 11.59 lakh
- VX MT Style (petrol) – Rs 12.63 lakh
- V CVT Style (petrol) – Rs 12.77 lakh
- S MT Style (diesel) – Rs 11.79 lakh
- V MT Style (diesel) – Rs 12.65 lakh
- VX MT Style (diesel) – Rs 13.74 lakh
