Guess the once-upon-a-time thick girlfriends Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt have no hard feelings! As Gully Boy's trailer launched on January 9, Katrina took to her social media account and wrote 'awesome trailer' and tagged the director of the film Zoya Akhtar, Alia and Ranveer (with an excited emoji).

Alia Bhatt immediately reposted her story and sent her love to Katty, as she calls her. The two actresses have never been spotted together since Alia started dating Ranbir Kapoor. Recently, a video of Katrina Kaif welcoming Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone became a web sensation on social media. Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif called a truce as the latter was seen partying at her wedding reception.

At the trailer launch of Gully Boy on Wednesday, Alia was asked about the difference between Ranveer and Ranbir, and she said, "There are lots of similarities. Both are superb human beings and outstanding actors. Both of them are really special to me and the only difference between them is that with one of them I am doing Gully Boy and with the other I am doing Brahmastra," news agency IANS reported.

Ranveer cut in and added: "Ek thora zada special hai, ek thora kam." Alia was seen blushing as Ranveer said that. When the media asked if she would beat a girl who hits on her real-life boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. She said, "Abhi tak to nahi, par zindagi baki hai, par shayad kabhi nahi karungi kyunki I am non-violent."

Alia plays Ranveer's love interest in the film. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, the film is based on the real-life group of rappers in Mumbai.

Coming back to Alia's relationship with Ranbir Kapoor, the couple recently celebrated New Year's in New York with Ranbir's family where Rishi Kapoor is currently undergoing medical treatment.

On the professional front, Katrina will be seen in 'Bharat' which is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The film stars Salman Khan, Kat and Disha Patani in lead roles. It is slated for 2019 Eid release. Alia Bhatt will be seen in Gully Boy, releasing on February 14, Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor and Kalank with Varun Dhawan.
