The 70th Golden Globe Awards ceremony is about to begin on Sunday night, and this year’s show might just have the most perfect pair of hosts in the event's long history. Tina Fey, left, and Amy Poehler will be co-hosting the awards presentation, and it’s sure to be a magical night.

The 71st Golden Globes awards is all set to take place on Sunday, 12 January, at Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. The show will be hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for second consecutive time.

The award ceremony will be telecast live on NBC at 5 pm PST and 8 pm EST (6.30 am IST on 13 January).

Also, for the first time one can connect with their favourite star on Instagram. Instagram is coming up with an InstaStop Video Q&A Station on the Red Carpet, which will display and play fans video questions for the celebrities.

The red carpet was rolled out on Thursday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel by Hollywood Foreign Press Association president Theo Kingma and Miss Golden Globe Sosie Bacon.

HFPA on Friday announced the list of presenters for the award ceremony.

Jim Carrey, Drew Barrymore, Johan Hill, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kevin Bacon, Julie Bowen, Laura Dern, Robert Downey Jr., Jimmy Fallon, Colin Farrell, Mila Kunis, Jennifer Lawrence, Uma Thurman, Reese Witherspoon, Tom Hanks, Chris Hemsworth, Melissa McCarthy, Seth Meyers, Liam Neeson, Margot Robbie, Mark Ruffalo, Kyra Sedgwick, Channing Tatum, Emma Watson, Naomi Watts, Olivia Wilde, Jessica Chastain, Orlando Bloom and Amber Heard among others have been announced as the presenters for the 71st Golden Globe Awards, according to the official Facebook page.
