Spy shots and test mules are probably the best way to get to know the upcoming products from the makers. Now, to tickle the fancy of two-wheeler lovers who have been waiting for the arrival of the new Avenger cruisers in the country, here is another set spy shots of the new Avenger, fuelling a fresh round of whispers in the biking world, with some predicting that the cruiser from the Pune-based maker is going to be launched in three variants.

Snapped by TeamBHP, the latest spy shots of Bajaj Avenger looks quite different from the earlier pictures that have been doing the rounds. The latest one seems to have been taken while the prototype was out for testing on the road and the model features new exhaust and windshield.

The original publisher of the latest spy shots claims that the new Bajaj Avenger is likely to be powered by the same 219.89cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled engine that can dish out 19.03bhp of power @ 8,400 rpm and 17.5 Nm of torque @ 7,000 rpm.

The second Avenger cruiser, which is supposedly dubbed as 'Avenger Street', seemed to have got a different treatment all-together with black alloys, black engine and a black exhaust. This variant of Avenger Street, which is re-styled like a Harley Davidson Street 750, is expected to draw power from 200cc engine of Pulsar 200NS. The 200NS engine has the capacity to generate 23bhp at 9,500rpm and 18.3Nm of torque at 8,000rpm.

Moving further, it is also rumoured that new Bajaj Avenger series will also have a 150cc version apart from the updated current model and new avenger 200. A report of MotorOctane states that the new Avenger 150 is likely to be powered by Pulsar 150As engine.

From what we hear, the launches of New Bajaj Avenger editions are likely to take place soon in India.
