Fallout 4
Bethesda has finally announced Fallout 4.Twitter

Fallout 4 is Bethesda's newest reveal at E3 2015. For a long time, it had maintained silence over the game, developing the project in secrecy. However, now it confirmed the game.

So since its reveal, we know that the game will be coming out on 10 November 2015 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

This new game has not only sent the Fallout community over the moon, but it has also given them the hope of seeing a new version of the game.

Enclave to Return

It has been confirmed that Enclave will be returning to Fallout 4. Avid Fallout fan and YouTube user, MrMattysPlays has shared a video that shows that a video from the recent E3 conference showing a helmet that resembled Enclave. However he said that it depends how much of it will play a main road in the game.

Console Mods, Paid Mods and PC Mods

Bethesda has said that mods that are created on the PC can not only be transferred, but can also be played and shared on Xbox One and it will be free of cost. It was also revealed that mods will be coming to Xbox One only after its launch in early 2016. It added that, it hoped to get it on PS4 too.

There was increasing suspicion that Bethesda could possibly come up with paid mods for Fallout 4 since it had announced one such for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. However, this does not seem to be the view of the developer. When German publication Spiegel Online (via Kotaku), asked a question regarding this to Todd Howard, he said that the company currently had no plans to introduce a payment system.

Dogmeat will not Die

Dogmeat, the canine companion of the Fallout 4's protagonist, will not be able to get hurt or die in the game. Thus players will not have to feel bad about watching it die.

Bethesda's Howard confirmed that "Dogmeat cannot die" in Fallout 4.

Dialogue System and Voiced Protagonists

YouTube user, MrMattysPlays shared a video where he points out to an "Extras" section below the character customisation. It was speculated that this could be optional voices or perhaps options to switch off voiced protagonist.

Howard goes to say that the voiced actors (both male and female) have been recording for the past two years and each of them have recorded over 13,000 lines of dialogue.

However, the user said he was disappointed with the dialogue system in the game that allows players to select the options. Bethesda revealed in the game trailer that these options will be very brief and hence not explanatory.

New Faction Confirmed?

YouTube user, MrMattysPlays shared a video that points at new area in the game that has been since confirmed, a post-apocalyptic Concord, Massachusetts. It was also revealed that the Laser rifle that was talked about earlier is named Laser musket.

It was also revealed that a new faction will be included in the game, called the Commonwealth Minuteman, who are a group of battle weary mercenaries.
