Austrian two-wheeler maker seems to be taking the game of motorcycle to a new level. While its small capacity naked motorcycle 390 Duke surely did not miss to confound the biking enthusiasts at the EICMA Show in Milan, the 790 Duke prototype just took it to a new heights.

The KTM 790 Duke, which according to the company is the bike that will "bring unparalleled poise, telepathic levels of feedback and lightness that's off the scale". It gets new motor, which the company calls the LC8c and 'C' in this reportedly stands for Compact. KTM 790 Duke prototype was unveiled with lot of sophisticated features such as ride-by-wire throttle, multi-level traction control, phone connectivity and multiple rider modes. KTM 790 Duke is expected to make it the production later in 2018 and the motorcycle is expected to be on sale in the same year.

The EICMA Show 2016 has also witnessed the debut of the 2017 version of its small capacity naked motorcycle 390 Duke. The 390 Duke now gets ride-by-wire throttle, full TFT dashboard, an optional MY RIDE multimedia interface, and ABS as standard and comes in new frame and WP suspension. Powering the 390 Duke is the same 373.2cc, single-cylinder engine that can belt out 44bhp of power. Braking comes from 320mm front brake disc, gripped by a Brembo-developed By-Bre branded caliper. KTM is expected to bring the new 390 Duke to India in early 2017.
