Rana Daggubati, who is basking in the success of magnum opus Baahubali: The Conclusion, is busy promoting the SS Rajamouli directorial across the globe. During one of his promotional activities with a Malayalam radio channel based in the UAE, he opened up on his favourite Mollywood actor.

For Rana, young star Dulquer Salmaan is his favourite Malayalam actor, and said that he has watched a lot of movies of DQ. "I watch a lot of Dulquer's films. I am a Dulquer fan. Make sure Dulquer sees this video. He is a very dear friend of mine, and I have known him for many many years. I am very fond of his films [sic]," he was heard saying in the interview given to Club FM UAE, for which Mammootty's son is the brand ambassador.
In the Baahubali franchise, Rana plays antagonist Bhallala Deva (Pallvalthevan in Tamil).
Meanwhile, Dulquer is awaiting the grand release of his next movie Comrade in America aka CIA, which is scheduled to hit the screens on May 5. Directed and produced by Amal Neerad, CIA is expected to rock the box office considering the immense fan following of the young star, who has only delivered blockbusters in the recent years after making his debut five years ago.
