Did Deepika Padukone copy Anushka Sharma's look for Bengaluru reception? Some agree, some don't

Deepika Padukone looked regal at her wedding reception at Bengaluru on November 21, but many felt that her look was much similar to that of Anushka Sharma at her Delhi reception.

Deepika and Ranveer Singh hosted their first reception party at Leela Palace in Bangalore. Wearing a golden silk saree, the actress was seen sporting a complete traditional avatar. There is no doubt she impressed everyone with her elegance and beauty, but a lot of people found her look much similar to that of Anushka at her Delhi reception.

Similarities pointed out between Deepika and Anushka's reception look:

First, their hair-style appeared to be exactly same. Like Anushka, Deepika too chose to have a tight bun with clearly parted hair. The gajra and the prominent line of vermilion also go perfectly matching.

Then comes the necklace that also looks quite similar to the one worn by Anushka. Both worn a thick set of jewelry covering the entire neck.

Thirdly, although their choice of color and design of the sarees was completely different, like Anushka, Deepika too opted for silk saree.

With all these similarities being spotted, many on social media started opining that Deepika's look for her Bengaluru reception appeared to be copied from that of Anusha's Delhi party.

However, there are many others who do not agree with the argument, and opined that it is completely unnecessary to make comparisons between the two. In their opinion, both Deepika and Anushka looked ethereal in their bridal look, and there is no reason any of them would copy anyone. Both the couple were styled by Sabyasachi. Well, it is tough to be celebrity as fans end up judging them even when they look stunning.

Meanwhile, Deepika and Ranveer will host a couple of more parties in Mumbai, and the celebration will end with a grand reception party on December 1 that will be attended by top stars from Bollywood.
