Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar is unfazed and undeterred by the new release Border 2, as it has continued to make a decent collection and surpassed the Rs 890 crore net mark at the Indian box office.
The trade experts predicted that Border 2 would halt the dream run of Dhurandhar by forcing out of many theaters. The movie did succeed, but not up to the expected mark. Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Dhurandhar continued its glorious run on limited screens and shows, despite facing the mighty #Border2... The film has now inched closer to the historic ₹900 cr milestone."
As expected, Dhurandhar witnessed a steep decline on its nineth Friday. But it went on to show a decent jump over the weekend and Monday. The movie collected Rs 4.75 crore net at the Indian box office in its ninth weekend. Its total collection has reached Rs 890.80 crore net in the domestic market.

However, trade analysts are awestruck by the performance of Dhurandhar for nine weeks. Rohit Jaiswal tweeted, "₹1300+ CRORE WORLDWIDE. ₹1000+ CRORE INDIA. HISTORY MADE. Dhurandhar doesn't just break records it obliterates them. The first single-language Hindi film to cross ₹1000 crore India gross and storm past ₹1300 crore worldwide......."
Rohit Jaiswal added, "Running strong even in its 8th weekend, fuelled purely by audience madness and iron-solid word of mouth. With ₹890+ crore nett in India, this is not a box-office run this is absolute domination....... #Dhurandhar #Dhurandhar2."
