Mega power star Ram Charan and actress Rakul Preet Singh have wrapped up the shooting of director Surender Reddy's upcoming Telugu movie Dhruva, which is slated to be released on December 2.

Ram Charan and actress Rakul Preet Singh, along with the film's other unit members, had recently left for Thailand for the shooting of Dhruva. They canned the last song on the pristine beaches of Krabi Islands in Thailand. With this, the team finished the filming of the movie on Sunday and is now gearing up for its release in theatres around the world.

The makers of Dhruva took to the official Twitter handle of the movie to confirm the news. They posted a photo of the film unit on the beach of Krabi Islands in Thailand and wrote: "Anddd its a wrap for #Dhruva !!" Rakul Preet ‏also tweeted: "Packupppp #dhruva ! Cyu soon in theatres #boom #ramcharan."

Rakul Preet said she had great fun on the sets of Dhruva, and thanked her stylist Geetika Chadha for her support. The actress wrote: "Could not hve ended d film on a happier note! Fun to d peaks ! #dhruva #ramcharan #krabi." She added: "Work is fun n play Vn mommmy styles me ,Thanku @geetikachadha 4 givin me my best luk so far. Love u #dhruva #krabi."

Dhruva is an official remake of the hit Tamil movie, Thani Oruvan. Ram Charan has opted for an image makeover for his role and he is seen as an IPS officer in the movie, which is produced by Allu Aravind and NV Prasad. Hiphop Tamizha has composed the music for the film, while PS Vinod and Aseem Mishra have handled the cinematography. 

The producers of Dhruva recently released its audio album directly in the market without a formal function. The music album, which has four songs, became an instant hit with the audience, and the jukebox got over million views in four days. The head of Geetha Arts tweeted: "More than a Million people have already listened #Dhruva album on YouTube! Thank you all for the terrific response."
