A security guard was killed after a truck rammed into the gate of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi on Saturday morning, as per reports.
The accident took place at around 5am, eyewitnesses said. The victim has been identified as Sandeep Kumar.
The truck driver reportedly escaped soon after the accident occurred. However, one of the guards has managed to note down the truck's number.
The number plate indicated that the truck is from Rajasthan, the night shift security in-charge, Arvind Kumar Tripathi told ANI.
