Shah Rukh Khan, Huma Qureshi and Rajkummar Rao among others were conferred with Dadasaheb Phalke Award 2015 in Mumbai.
Shah Rukh was honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award 2015 for his performance in film "Happy New Year". The award ceremony was held in Mumbai on 21April.
Actor Rajkummar Rao won the prestigious award for his performance in the critically acclaimed film "Citylights", which was released last year.
"I got to know about this three days back. It was very unexpected and out of the blue but its a great feeling," Rajkummar said, according to DNA.
"I feel really happy to have won this award. It is a big award and a huge responsibility. It feels good when the seniors in the industry like your work and support it. I am just thankful to the academy for giving me this honour," Huma Qureshi said, according to ApunKaChoice.
Bollywood actors Shreyas Talpade, Tiger Shroff, yesteryear actress Jaya Prada, singer Udit Narayan and Pankaj Udhas were also felicitated with the award on Tuesday.
Several television celebrities were also conferred with the award. Television actors Rubina Dilaik, comedian Bharti Singh, actor Ravi Dubey among others won the award.
