Telugu actor Nithin (Nitin/Nithiin) is not at all upset over the delayed release of "Courier Boy Kalyan". Since he did not have a single release this year, the actor is very much looking forward to the movie's worldwide release on 17 September.

The movie was delayed due to financial problems, Nithin revealed. "I had completed the film almost a year back, but there were some problems with the Tamil version, hence the delay in release," the actor told Deccan Chronicle.

Nithin is confident about the movie's performance at ticket counters. "The film is an experiment and a new genre. If it had been released two years ago, it might not have attracted the audience. I am confident that it will do better now,"  he told the daily.

Nithin was last seen in "Chinnadana Neekosam", which was released on 25, December, 2014. The actor is currently busy with Akhil Akkineni's debut movie. He has also teamed up with Samantha for director Trivikram Srinivas' next film, which will go on floor in the third week of September and released in 2016.

The actor says that the delay of "Courier Boy Kalyan" is helping him to fill the gap between "Chinnadana Neekosam" and his next release. "I have tried something new in this film, and if it is successful, it will allow me to try more new genres," he said.

"Courier Boy Kalyan" is a romantic action film and it marks the directorial debut of Premsai, who has earlier worked as an assistant to Prabhu Deva. Nithin is all praises for him. "We projected it as producer Gautham Menon's film. But once you watch it, everyone will appreciate Prem Sai, the director. But you can see Gautham's artistic and realistic style too," the actor said.

Nithin is seen romancing Yami Gautam in "Courier Boy Kalyan", which is a bilingual movie. It is simultaneously shot and released in Tamil as "Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum" with Jai in the lead role. The two movies are scheduled for a worldwide release on 17 September.
